they r black becoz they r more exposed to the sunlight. that is y thr skin tone is black in colour. ..

Because the region where they live are close to equator where the sunlight radiation is the most i.e. the places are most hot. And, black skin have a type of antibody that defends them from UV rays and they have evolved it from generations living in Africa.
