AIDS is acquired immune deficiency syndrome. it is called a syndrome because it is a group or one can only say a collection of symptoms full stop it is so because due to AIDS many other diseases like pneumonia and typhoid can orca as our immune system becomes so weak that it is unavailable to any pathogen full stop so there is no particular symptoms of this disease as in fact the the first things of the disease may occur after many years fruit to the onset of disease that the main reason why it is considered a syndrome. unlike any other disease you can't tell any particular symptom related to this disease but as our immune system becomes too weak so many other disease get to US and their symptoms occurs. AIDS is fatal due to this reason only because of the weakening of the immune system and attack of the other pathogens.
