It is fatal disease because till now there is no medicine available which can cure this disease and because of this disease the immune system becomes weak and Because of that there is very much chances that the person will get affected by any disease because a person suffering who is from aids.... The immune system of that person had became weak that is why AIDS is known as fatal disease
