Air contains Carbon Dioxide in it and lime water contains Calcium Hydroxide. When Carbon Dioxide is reacted with Calcium Hydroxide, it turns into Calcium Carbonate which doesn't turns to milk but looks like milk. So, this is the reason why limewater in air turns to milk (Only in color).

Hope you got this!

turns lime water to milky because of the carbondioxide in our exhale air reacts with the calcium hydroxide in the lime water to produce calcium carbonate which is milky in colour.
