Greetings,
The answer to your question is typed below ^

Firstly, lets refresh our concepts:
Everything on the ground bear some pressure exerted by the layers of air in the atmosphere of the Earth.(#Air exerts pressure)
With an increase altitude, pressure decreases.(This is because the air layers are becoming less dense)
And with the average plane flying at a height of 30,000 - 40,000 feet above ground, the plane suffers low pressure.
At this altitude, humans can't breath very well and our body gets less oxygen.
This can result in various symptoms such as :
i) Hypoxia: Causes slower thinking, dimmed vision and eventually death.
ii)"The bends": Another effect of a depressurised cabin.

Because the dangerous effects and symptoms of low pressure, the cabins in an aircraft are always pressurised.

It is because atmospheric pressure is low at the altitude where an aircraft fly, but our blood pressure remains same, it causes blood to come out due to difference in pressure, so to prevent this, aircraft cabins have pressurized cabins.
