When acid is dissolved in water it dissociates into ions thus it conducts electricity due to presence of ions. But alcohol being a very weak acid doesnot dissociate into ions and so it doesnot conducts electricity.

In an aqueous solution, glucose and alcohol don't dissociate to form ions as cations or anion which are responsible for conduction of electricity. So, they don't conduct electricity.
