because of its small size and high electronegativity it is a non metal with high i.p it shares one electron with another hydrogen and forms diatomic molecules

All alkali metals are solid except hydrogen because of hydrogen has small size and high electronegativity. It is a non metal with lp where another are metels. It shares its one electron with another hydrogen and form diatomic molecules.
