In a rhombus only two pairs of opposite angles are equal - one pair is acute and the other pair is obtuse. Here all the four angles formed by the intersection of the two diagonals are 90 deg, same as in a square.

It cannot be inscribed inside a circle. A circle cannot circumscribe a rhombus.
