why all citizens were not given to the given the right to vote

i dont knw of other country... but in india aal citizen above 18 is given to votr..

Right to vote is a fundamental right to get yourself representated and your concerns and issues, it is also important to maintain democracy with full responsibility and accountability to people and it provides a check on executive and legislature through the mechanism of periodic elections. It is a mechanism which empowers people to elect the highest authority and local authority as well.
