Why all the water of the earth not get evaporate during hot summer days​

All the water of earth cannot be evaporated because the earth has two hemospheres(north/south) if it is summer in one hemisphere of earth& it is winter in another. Thus when water bodies are getting evaporated in one hemisphere another is storing water . ... For the oceans, this leads to a stable water level.
