Why all water which is available on Earth is not usable?

water available on earth is not usable because it is saline and impure which we can't use for irrigation,drinking,etc

most of the part of the earth is covered with water but unfortunately most of the water are contained by the oceans and seas so it contains salt which we can called saline water .this water is not usable for human .only 0.3 percent is fresh water that we can use
