Why alluvial soil found largely in northern india ?

this because north India is drained by a large number of rivers and it's tributaries....namely sutluj, rabi, chenab ,Beas and so on ....so they deposit huge amount of fertile allvium throughout their course making their river vallies extremely fertile....
