the reactivity ofalkyl halide is more than vinyl and arylhalides because the halogen atom inalkyl halide is connected to the sp3carbon. Whereas in vinyl or aryl the halogen atom is connected to the sp2carbon

Whereas in case of alkyl halides the carbon atom is quite nucleophilic due to which these atom are susceptible to attack by an electrophile. ... Due to resonance C-Cl bond acquires slightly double bond character as a result it is difficult to break that's why aryl halide are less reactive.
