see my friend suppose any buildings like hospital,malls,theatres,schools,roads ,railways line,house the government or we have to make then did we have idea on which types of soil how many buildings floor should be maked or map of houses like where kitchen should make rooms should make etc ,where should railways line should make is it proper to make this types of ideas or things are given by a Civil engineer .So importance of civil engineer is more.

think if civil engineer are not available then anyone can make any type of floors and may building fall may tracks goes under or roads etc.
