Why am I not able to answer questions on this app it always shows me that I can't answer this question now and later on it doesn't let me answer at all
Any idea how I can solve this problem.​

That is because when you try to answer a question two other people are already answering the question. Brainly only allows two answers per question so it does not allow a third person to even write an answer when other are already writing.

No need to worry there is no problem with the app. You need to be fast if you want to answer a particular question.
