I am a kdrama and kpop addict I don’t feel shame to accept it. I will suggest you to use some tips which I personally do to focus on my studies:-
Try to watch kdrama and kpop after I finish my work. I always say to myself that my work is more important than even me and my family. I am currently in 10th and it is really Important class in India. so I try to finish my work as soon as possible. Even it takes a full day of work I use KPOP and KDRAMA as a reward after my full day studies. I finish my work at around 2 AM at night and after that, I watch any videos.
Start a stopwatch when you study and do it every time I sit down to study and it becomes like a game and I try to focus for more than 70 min.
As I watch Kdrama very late at night i.e. around 2 or 3 am I feel sleepy afterwards and gradually fall asleep after 1 or 2 episodes so ya you can watch episodes before your bedtime so you fall asleep afterwards.
I always make a list of kdrama list I want to watch and tell myself that they are not going anywhere so I can watch them after my exams. (but my exams never finishes lol)
I literally have no social life, which seems bad to my parents but I am totally fine so try to cut out time from your social life if you have because you said that you are a kdrama and kpop addict you are most likely to have no social life.
If you do kdrama marathons like me try to do them on Saturday night so you can sleep in the late morning of Sunday and study the whole rest of Sunday.
