why ameoba is considered as it doesn't die as it is also termed as immortal? why is that so if then , then we can also say that everyone on this earth is mortal but ameoba doesn't die it just divides

Of course amoeba is mortal but it is often termed immortal because it doesn't die its natural death.

see every thing on earth is immortal
ameoba is a unicellular organism ok..
it reproduces by binary fission that means it divides into to daughter cells when it becomes old enough.
