Why amoeba is said to be immoral?

it is due to its reproduction type as it reproduces by binary fission so the parent body of the amoeba divides itself into 2 daughter cells, from the same individual thus the parent body give rise to 2 individual which is itself a parent amoeba,thus we should consider it as a immortal behaviour of amoeba.

Amoeba is said to be immortal because amoeba reproduce by the prosses of fission and new daughter cells are produce .
And running this process backward from the present each existing amoeba is the same as it's parents .
in this regard amoeba us immortal.
