An object can't move faster than Speed of light because particles that have mass require energy to accelerate them. The closer to the speed of light you get a particle, the more energy is required to go faster. This is because the particles themselves get more massive in proportion to the increased velocity.

Thank you....
Hope it helps...

the thing having mass needed more energy to accelerate but light has no weight that is why any object cannot move faster than speed of light
