Cell respiration takes place in the cytoplasm, the inner surface of a cell or through the mitochondria. ... Anaerobic reactions occur in the cytoplasm of the cell and aerobic reactions occur in the mitochondria of the cells.Aerobic respiration is a process in which energy is produced, then released.

Because glycolysis occur in cytoplasm and it doesn't require oxygen.

Priyanshusrivastava: welcome brothe
Grasper: sister
Priyanshusrivastava: Ooh sister
Priyanshusrivastava: can you please make me understand
Priyanshusrivastava: something deep about your answer
Priyanshusrivastava: plzz
Grasper: as we know that anaerobic is respiration without o2
Priyanshusrivastava: yaa
Grasper: so when it occurs in cytoplasm no any energy is produced so it doesn't produce o2
