Dr.Sadao waited for the general's assassins for some days. When they did not come, he thought to get rid of that man.Dr. Sadao dragged his boat down to the shore and put some food , bottled water and two quilts in it . After this,he went into the guest room , checked carefully the enemy's pulse and temperature , the state of wound , and his heart. Then gave the man his own flashlight and helped him to get escape in his boat.
Yes, I found Dr.Sadao guilty for harbouring an enemy because he was going against the rules of his country.
Hope this may help you!
Since the prisoner was wounded and he was a doctor himself so he saved his life. Dr. Sadao thought that when the general's assassins would arrive then he would hand over the prisoner to him. He thought that he would hand over the prisoner when the generals assassins arrive but they did not arrive. So, he decided to help him to get escape. He dragged his boat to the shore and put some food and bottle of water in it and Dr. Sadao also gave his own flashlight.
Dr. Sadao is not guilty as he saved the prisoner in the name of humanity and also he was doctor and so he did not like to harm the prisoner. Dr. Sadao also waited for his general assassins but they did not arrive.
