power sharing is the need in democracy because of the following it help in reducing the possibility of conflict between the social groups in social conflict often leads to violence and political instability power sharing is a good way to ensure the stability of political order

Power is shared because it is spirit of democracy and the best way to balance it....It also led to stability...
Power is shared in many ways on different basis..as follow:-
1)Power is shared among different organs of government.
2)Power is shared among different levels of government
This are different basis on which power is shared..
Power is shared among the democracies so that every section of the democracy can do it's work accordingly without any pressure of the other section. Our government is divided into judiciary, executive and legislature. Making laws and implementation of laws are done by these sections..
