hey mate here is your answer

first you have to take a small bag in which you can carry all your things for your field visit

1.water bottle it is used for drinking water if you feel tired

2.bring a small backpack with bandage

3.a small wrist watch to see the time

4. a notebook and pen to write the things which we have did

5.bring a jacket also so whenever you feel cold you can wear it around your waist

6.don't forget to bring a compass also

7.you will also need a sunglasses in sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun rays

8.and last thing but not the least take a Insect repellent with you
