Anne is right when she says that teachers are most unpredictable. She makes this remark when the classmates were guessing on who would be promoted to the next class. Her observation about teachers is also based on the study of her teacher, Mr Keesing. He could be termed as unpredictable. Anne was a chatterbox who always talked while the class was going on. Any teacher would get annoyed by her talkative nature and lose his temper but all Mr Keesing did was to assign her with an extra homework. Her punishment was just to write an essay on the topic "The chatterbox" and she wrote very well. In her essay she kept countering jokes. She fears that after reading her eassy ,he would punish her again with an extra homework but it didn't happened at all. He took all the eassy's jokes in a right spirit and loved reading the eassy. Infact he also read it for the whole class. Finally, he accepted her talkative nature and allowed her to talk in the class. That is why she says that teachers are most unpredictable.
