Why anode of galvanic cells posses negative energy?

hey mate ur ans
in a galvanic cell. oxidation occurs at the anode. Since, Oxidation is actually the loss of electrons, as a result , loss of electrons occurs at anode due to which electrons concentrate here and therefore it becomes negatively charged
