Secondary response is different from primary response. In primary response the antigen is introduced for the first time on the body.
Antibodies produced during secondary response have a better affinity with antigen because when a person is exposed to antigen second time, the immunological memory immediately perceives this antigen as familiar, and the immune system starts making antibodies immediately.
