Any fuel is not considered as an ideal fuel because all the fuels are differ in their cost and efficiency i.e., its calorific value.

An ideal fuel is cheap, readily available, easy to transport and readily combustible, a fuel which on burning doesn't emit harmful gases it is easy to transport and store it is also of very low cost and gives more heat per weight. It also have a high calorific value.It should have low ignition temp. ex. -Natural gas,LPG,CNG.
