This is because..okk let me give u the answer by an eg. We all know that camels are inhabited in deserts and polar bears are inhabited in the aquatic regions...so if we make a misplace between them that is if we bring the camels to the polar region and the polar bears in the desert region then they cannot survive...so, in that way aquatic species are comfortable in cold water than in warm water because they are used up with that circumstances.
