Why are a large number of people forced to enter the unorganized sector jobs?

Large number of people are found to be illiterate in India this is the main reason why there are more people working in unorganised sector . Organised sector consists of well-educated people therefore the main reason for number of people more in unorganised sector is their illiteracy.
