Why are Ahmadabad and Kolkata able to see the noon sun exactly over at twice a year but not Delhi?

because delhi does not comes i n the same latitude that ahmedabad and kolkata comes

DELHI LIES IN THE LATITUDE 28.6100° N, 77.2300° E WHEREAS AHMADABAD LIES IN THE LATITUDE 23.0300° N, 72.5800° E DUE TO THIS LATITUDINAL DIFFERENCE.....
