Airways are the most important transport in the mountains because mountains have a very tough terrain. For roadways to be built, these mountains have sharp turns and so it will be difficult for us to built roads on the mountains. For railways, tracks have to be laid down on mountains. Due to frequent landslides on mountains, these tracks get spoilt too quickly and the tracks also get blocked. Hence, airways is the most easiest and the most important transport in the mountains.
