amophous solids are sometimes considered as supercooled liquids because there resemble liquids as they flow very slow at room temperature.

in amorphous solids atoms are randomly oriented and they have wide range of melting points. so they have tendency to flow at high temprature because all bonds are broken,such as glass.so these are called as supercooled or pseudo liquids.
