As cancer is not a disease.

It is just a abnormal growth of our own cell which can be due to any agent like :- UV, Antibiotic or can be by itself

It cancer is there in our body but its in control

When our body gets weak due to any reason then our cancer got out of control and forms a bad tumar which kills us

<marquee>Hope it is helpful
