The banks are unwilling to lend loan to small farmer because the farmer are poor and 5hey don't have collateral or property ....as gerennty so, banks didn give him loan. therefore, farmer have to lend loan from informal sector. Small farmers are poor, so they don't have any property or belongings as collateral
