only worker bees can do this and specially the female ones when they sting with their ovipositor which is used by them for laying eggs so when they use it for biting someone once they died or honey bee sting a person honey bee unable to pull the barbed stinger back out it leaves behind not only the the stinger but also part of its abdomen , digestive tract muscles , nerves this massive rupture kills the honey bee ... if not liked report it soon :)
