Why are bells made of metals and not from wood?

because the metals produce more sound than the wood ...... that's why there the bells are made up of metals.

bell are madup of metal becoz in bell mechanism if we shake or touch a bell there is on metal is hanging in the bell when two metals cras they will produce sound and if its covered by metal they will produce echo so that is the reason bell are madup of metal not by wood becoz in woods they will also create sound but can t prouduce echoo
