It does not requires two parent cell

Explanation:

The binary fission and budding is included in asexual reproduction because there is no need of two parents for the production of gametes.

In case of budding and binary fission only one parent is required and there is no gamete formation and no fusion of gamete to form zygote.

In case of budding the offspring are formed on the parent cell and then detach to live independently.

In case of binary fusion the cells divide into two and this mode of reproduction is used by bacterial cell.
