Thats a really nice question but there is an error..

the question should be why all objects which absorb and emit heat and light are black?

Now for the answer,

A material which is a very good absorber looks black because it absorbs all incoming light, and as it absorbs and doesn't let reflection occur, no reflected light reaches our eye to actually see the object well

A good absorber is also a good emitter; but then you might ask if it is absorbing light then it should emit that light back resulting in a normal reflection and all that? but no!  It doesn't emit them at the same wavelength at which it had absorbed the light rays, and such a wavelength can't be seen by your eyes, hence the black remains black

HOPE THIS HELPS

MARK AS BRAINLIEST ^_^

also note the fact that here light and heat mean the same.

_____________

▶Dark-colored materials absorb visible light better than light-colored materials. That's why the dark side of the card heats up first. The lighter side absorbs less of the incident light, reflecting some of the energy. Darker materials also emit radiation more readily than light-colored materials, so they cool faster.

hope its help
