Why are camps caused in our muscles during sudden activity /name the type of respiration taking place during fermentation in yeast?

in our body muscles cramps caused because of the anaerobic respiration of our muscles cell the acid produced during anaerobic respiration in muscles is lactic acid . and yeast respire anaerobically during the process of fermentation ... hope you like my answer.

♦ WHEN WE EXERCISE OUR MUSCLES ARE NOT ABLE TO MEET THE OXYGEN REQUIREMENT THROUGH AEROBIC RESPIRATION HENCE THEY RESPIRE ANAEROBICALLY. ANAEROBIC BREAKDOWN OF GLUCOSE RESULT IN THE FORMATION OF LACTIC ACID. THE ACCUMULATION OF THIS LACTIC ACID IN THE MUSCLES LEADS TO CRAMPS.
♦ The type of respiration taking place during fermentation in yeast IS ANAEROBIC RESPIRATION.
