H£¥A.....!!

√ Carbon and its compounds are used as fuels because of the following reasons.

◆ Most of the carbon compounds give a lot of heat and light when burnt in air. Saturated hydrocarbons burn with a clean flame and no smoke is produced.

◆ Carbon compounds have a high calorific values. Therefore carbon and it's compounds are used as fuel.

☺ Hello mate__ ❤

◾◾here is your answer.

Some reason for this::--

✒ The carbon- Hydrogen have high potential energy, so when it used as fuel than its give plenty of energy as light, heat or another form.

✒Most of the carbon compounds give a lot of heat and light when burnt in air.

✒ Saturated hydrocarbons burn with a clean flame and no smoke or pollution is produced.

✒ The carbon compounds have high calorific values. So used as fuel.
