Why are carboxylic acids called as weak acids?

Answer: Carboxylic acids are considered weak acids as when the acid is dissolved in water there is only partial dissociation of the acid and forms lesserr hydronium ions(H3O)+  

Becuz of this the acid is considered to be weak...
