Why are children in slums not getting proper education? and how to solve this problem?

(slum children are not able to get their basic need they suffer more and get less. when they are hungry how can they think for education.)
School in the slum area is not in proper position the wall of the school is broken from many ways many the world map has many hools .without food slum children not under stand the education they are not understand that how is Shakespeare and what is world map we have to make abridge in between these two worlds to fill this gap
