Why are China, Estonia & Saudi Arab not truly democratic countries? State 1 reason to each on of them.

China is a communist country( only the Chinese CCP party rules)

Saudi Arabia has monarchy ( only king's family rule)

Estonia only their people can vote which means the Russian minority in that country find it difficult to vote

so none of them are truly Democratic
