Even though they declare themselves democratic,
it's not necessary that their means of forming the government or executions may be democratic
For eg: China declare themselves to be democratic but the election involves only one party and hence does not offer choice to the citizens for voting-this is undemocratic

dear China,Estonia and Saudi non democratic country ,but during the election dirty trick and mal parctises are perfome the prime minister and president are not elected directly by the people hence their country are truly democratic
