why are China, Estonia and Saudi Arabia non-democratic countries though they declared themselves as democratic?explain.

China :- they are not Democratic I just because in election only those party can participate which had get po permission to participate from China national Congress. so there is one party rule.

Saudi Arabia is non Democratic because they don't allow women to vote so there is no universal adult franchise so they are not Democratic.

Estonia is not a Democratic country just because Russian minority feel unsafe will voting.
