why are China Estonia and Saudi Arabia not truly democratic countries state one reason for each one of them​

China ,Estonia and Saudi Arabia are not truly democratic countries because in China there is a CPI party who rules the country unequally and in Estonia and Saudi Arabia woman did not have equal voting right...

1. in China before contesting elections, a candidate needs the approval of the Chinese communist party.
2. only those who are members of the Chinese communist party in eight smaller parties allied to it were allowed to contest elections.

in Estonia it made its citizenship rulers in such a way that peoples belonging to Russian minority find it difficult to get the right to vote

in Saudi Arabia no. Muslims are not allowed to held public meeting and vote ..they do not have a right to take part in elections.....
