Why are China ,Estonia and Saudi Arabia, Not truly democratic countries state one reason for each one of them

China has single party system which means election is not held and people cannot choose who is going to govern them. Only one party rule’s the country
Saudi Arabia consist of king which has gave it the name kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The person from the royal family becomes the king and people have no right to object him or change him. No elections are held
I don’t have idea about Estonia

China don't conduct the election in a free and fair manner and don't provide people real choices

In Estonia Russian minority find it difficult to get the right to vote

In Saudi Arabia women don't have the right to vote
