why are chloroplasts found in plant cell only?

they can't move like animals so they had to

prepare their own food using chlorophyll.....

Chloroplasts found only in plant cells because they contain chlorophyll and only plants doing photosynthesis because they are autotrophs.

And also because of photosynthesis they need to be colored green and chloroplast make them green.
