Clouds are white because light from the sun is white. As light passes through a cloud, it interacts with the water droplets, which are much bigger than the atmospheric particles that exist in the sky.

Explanation:

Clouds are made of many tiny water vapour /droplet when light pass through it it got scattered in seven colour in order violet,indigo, blue, green, yellow, orange, red and when these seven light colour hit another water droplet it get recombined into white light by the process of recombination of light so, cloud appears white
