why are clouds white in colour

Because its water,.... and when water is soo tiny it goes white for instance steam, and ice is kinda white. Water in a runny consistence is see-through but when its freezing or tiny it seems to go white, clouds are like huge gathering of tiny bits of water in the sky so maybe thats it!Interesting question though :)

Clouds appear White because the droplets of water present in clouds scatter all the colours that are present in the visible light of sun's ectromagbetic spectrum. And if an object scatter all the colours then it appear White.
